Return Process

  Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the router accessories in their original packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, and mounting hardware are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technical team inspects the returned equipment for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
